π It's understandable that anyone would find this implausible at first - but if you really crunch the numbers and data points we provide, you'll find breadfruit may be the most practicable and cost-effective method yet envisioned - far superior to more artificial approaches, which are factually mostly unproven in practice and are known for their often disastrous ecological consequences, with far lower cost effectivities than BF. If one may think we're just angling for donations: We're not a NGO, we're practical agroforestry farmers in Ghana. We never received any donations, nor do we somehow trade carbon credits. Our farm and initiative are run partially charitably, partially for profit. Just the same as our whole project - quasi total food security and profit and environmental ameliorization, by ultimatively planting 7 billion Breadfruit trees on private land, financed just by ordinary farmers and gardeners for a profit (cash crop), complemented with tree sponsorships and official and institutional aid to provide processing facilities to this among-highest yielding of plants globally.
In further videos we will provide information of how this unique BF-tree (a. altilis) negates all the pitfalls commonly associated with regreening projects.
Mr-"Anti-Tree-Planting" Bill Gates (about whose stance we shall make another video) could fund this significant transformation of the world by a new staple crop, bringing total food security (it would cost $70Bn - like Blizzard-Activision did) and still be immensely rich (he now is estimated at ~$130Bn).
But the Project (7Bio / 7BioAsis / BF-GeoEngineering) does not rely on that sum being paid by billionaires, nor at once, since it is a gradual, grassroots-small-scale-farmer- driven process, and only requires modest initial help by investors and sponsors and legal, governmental, international frameworks (unhindered export, propagation facilities, processing units).

πΊ️ About this blog:
Breadfruit isn’t hyped. It’s not trending.
But we believe it could quietly save the world.
That’s why we (gradually) film our progress – and show what’s really possible.
Shaky, underedited videos in sporadic succession is what's to be expected in our really tumultous life. So you may have to 'stay tuned' a long while.
